Apartments Koper 10184 are located in a quiet part of the Koper city center in the renovated house with 8 apartments.

The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, one of the rooms is offering sea view and the other two are offering the view on the main square of Koper. In the apartment there is also a kitchen with dining and living area, bathroom, hallway and basement where guests can store bicycles.

The apartment is fully equipped including air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, LCD TV, radio, all the kitchen equipment, bedding and towels are also included in the price.

Guests must pay 50€ security deposit for the final cleaning, which are returned upon departure, as long as the apartment is cleaned.

Beds in one of the rooms can be arranged into double bed or into two separate beds.

One (free of charge) parking space is available in the garage (150 m away from the apartment).

Lastnik je zelo prijazen. V apartmaju bi moral dolocene stvari urediti (popraviti)kot je tus kabina omare ter hladilnik. V celoti gledano nam je bilo lepo.

Herr Perc ist bemüht um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Leider hat bei unserer Ankunft die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert der Vermieter hat innerhalb von zwei Tagen aber sofort eine neue Waschmaschine zur Verfügung gestellt.

The owner was very helpful and flexible! It was very good, but I think the apartment could be better with small things its just small design, but help to increase guests satisfaction. The price was really excellent, in total we spent a good holiday in Koper!

Pustili bolj čisto kot dobili. Gospodarja nismo videli. Zadnji dan pa gospodarjeva žena ni vedela (!?), da obstaja kavcija in da se jo ob odhodu dobi nazaj, če stanovanje očistiš.

Parkirišče je kar precej oddaljeno, v sezoni pa ni ne plačljivega parkirišča.
