Objekt ni nov, prav tako ne opremljenost sob. Vsekakor dovolj za prespat. Lokacija je na mirnem kraju. Čistoča na potrebnem nivoju, lastnica zelo prilagodljiva glede ure zajtrka, sam zajtrk pa odličen in obilen (hrenovke, palačinke, jajca, klobase, marmelada, različen kruh...).
